The name “Strikely”, the logo, the graphic design, the database structure, the calculation algorithms and all statistics or materials published on strikely.net are the exclusive property of Strikely.net and are protected by national and international copyright and trademark law.

Users may view, download and save data exclusively for personal, recreational and non-commercial purposes. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the data for commercial purposes or to create competing services without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Data collection and accuracy (statistics)

Strikely’s mission is to provide accurate, up-to-date bowling statistics. However, the data is provided “as is”. While we make constant efforts to ensure the information is correct, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free of errors or that the data entered or collected is 100% accurate or complete. Strikely cannot be held liable for any strategic decisions, bets or sporting disputes based on the information on this site.

3. Acceptable use and security

The use of any automated systems (including bots, web scraping scripts, spiders or crawlers) to extract data or statistics from strikely.net in bulk is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the servers or to access secured areas of the site will be reported to the competent authorities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the site or its databases at any time, without prior notice and without any liability towards users.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this site shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
